What a fantastic walk we had this afternoon at the lido. So lovely to see lots of new mums (and a dad!) braving the cold weather, wrapping up warm and getting outside!

We know that being outdoors is so good for our mental health and even more so in these long, cold, grey winter months.

We meet every month for a walk or picnic (when the weather’s a bit less chilly!) and provide a safe, friendly space for parents to come together, socialise and get some exercise!

Last night I taught my first hypnobirthing session of the year. ☺️

My clients were first-time parents who wanted some relaxation tools to use for their upcoming C-Section.

We talked about and practiced different breathing techniques, discussed the power of visualisation and positive affirmations, and explored their options for a gentle caesarean.

We finished off the session with a lovely guided relaxation…Apparently hypnosis works just as effectively for fur babies as it does for humans! 🐾

When introducing solids to your little one, offering food on pre-loaded spoons can be a game-changer.

Pre-loaded spoons encourage self-feeding, improve hand-eye co-ordination, and make mealtimes fun (and slightly cleaner)! 🍴✨

As you can see here though, it’s a good idea to have two spoons on the go to avoid the angry grabbing if you take too long to load up the next one!
